Pending Transactions

 

  • OnlineSBH provides options to view details of pending Internet transactions or cancel a transaction.

Viewing and Cancelling Pending Transactions

To view pending Internet transactions:
  1. Click Payments/Transfers > Pending Transactions. A Pending Internet Transactions page appears and displays details of pending transactions as shown in Figure 1.
  2. Click a transaction reference number in the list to view transaction details.

  1. Click Cancel to cancel the transaction. An alert message appears as shown in Figure 2.
  2. Click [OK] to confirm.

  1. A Pending Transactions Display page appears and displays details of the cancelled transaction as shown in Figure 3.
