Personal Details

 

To set the Mobile Number for the First Time:

  1. Click the Personal Details link in the Profile tab. You are displayed the Profile Landing page with a Description about the Profile tab and Hyperlinks to left navigation links in the Profile tab.
  2. Click the Personal Details link. If the display name (content displayed in the welcome section in all pages) or email ID is blank you can enter these details in this page. If you are setting the mobile number for the first time the mobile number field has a Set hyperlink. Figure 1 shows a sample page.

  1. Click the hyperlink. You are displayed a form to select the country and enter the mobile number.
  2. Select the country. The country code is automatically populated.
  3. Enter the mobile number.
  4. Reenter the mobile number to confirm. Figure 2 shows a sample page.

  1. Click [Submit]. If the country code and mobile number are valid, you are displayed a list of branches at which you hold accounts.
  2. You are displayed a note, “As a security measure the bank has mandated that mobile number must be approved”.

  3. Select the branch at which you wish to get the mobile number approved.
  4. Click [Submit].

  1. You are also displayed a hyperlink to a branch approval form. Figure 4 shows a sample page.

  1. Click the hyperlink to view and save the Branch Approval form. This form, displays a reference number for the request. Figure 5 shows a sample form.
  2. Complete the form and approach the branch to approve your new mobile number.

Modify Personal Details:

To change the registered Mobile Number:

  1. Click the Personal Details link in the Profile tab. You are displayed the Profile Landing page with a Description about the Profile tab and Hyperlinks to left navigation links in the Profile tab.
  2. Click the Personal Details link. You are displayed the display name available in the welcome section, email ID, and existing mobile number registered in the site. Figure 1 shows a sample page.

  1. Click the Change hyperlink associated with the Mobile Number. You are displayed a form.
  2. Select the country. You are displayed the country code.
  3. Enter the mobile number.
  4. Reenter the mobile number to confirm. Figure 2 shows a sample page.

  1. Click the [Submit] button. You are displayed a Confirmation screen with the following data:
  2. As a security measure the bank has mandated that mobile number change must be approved. You will receive a One Time SMS Password in your old mobile number to approve the new mobile number. Please select an approval option. Figure 3 shows a sample page.

  3. Select the One Time SMS Password option and click [Go]. You are displayed a form to enter the SMS password. Figure 4 shows a sample page.

  1. Enter the password and click [Submit].

  1. If the password is valid, your new mobile number is approved successfully.
  2. You will receive bill pay SMS alerts, high security password in the new mobile number.

  1. If you select the branch option, you are displayed a form with a list of branches where you hold accounts. Figure 7 shows a sample page.

  1. Select the branch at which you wish to get approval for the new mobile number. Click [Submit].

  1. You are displays a confirmation page with a reference number for the request. The confirmation page also displays a hyperlink to the branch approval form. Figure 8 shows a sample confirmation page.

  1. Click the hyperlink to view and save the Branch Approval form. Figure 9 shows a sample form.
  2. Complete the form and approach the branch for approval.
